What is the return / exchange policy?
We hope you love your item, but if there are any questions or issues at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email (help.dooboo@gmail.com)!
Any requests made for returns or exchanges or shop credit must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can include a digital receipt, printed receipt, or copy of your banking transactions.
Exchange item must be in new condition, unaltered in packaging, and suitable for resale.
If the purchased item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the problem.
All items will be inspected by staff and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return.
Additional information will be updated as DooBoo slowly rolls out delivery orders!
Are any purchases final sale?
Sale of writing utensils, inks, seasonal items, and pre-ordered items are final. Certain high value items may not be refundable—that list will be updated.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information!
We aim to complete pick up orders within 5-7 days. Delivery estimates will be updated as we roll out delivery orders.
